All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders once they have been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — we want you to feel confident before you buy.

The Every Word Promise
Every Little Shepherd arrives loaded and plays on the first tap. If any record does not play its whole passage, every word on its card, or the player stops working within 90 days of delivery, email support@littleshepherdrecords.store with your order number and a 10-second video, and we ship you a new one, free, at our cost. No return needed. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo of the item and its packaging the same way.
Why all sales are final
Every Little Shepherd goes into little hands, and we will never send your family a player that has been in someone else's home. So we do not take players back. We replace them. We issue replacements only, not refunds.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or carrier delays. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase you agree to this policy. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first — we genuinely want to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service.
